Jacket NEW LOOK | Jeans TOPSHOP | Boots PUBLIC DESIRE | Scarf BARBOUR | Jumper GAP | Bag MULBERRY
It’s fashionably late, but the Mulberry bag is finally making its debut. Now, I’ll hold my hands up and admit I have a slight addiction to designer bags, that doesn’t mean I have a wardrobe full of them because I don’t, I just lust after them religiously.
I’ve wanted a Mulberry for as long as I can remember and after working my butt off combined with months of saving, I finally went to York before Christmas and picked up this gorgeous Del Rey. It was a little scary making such a big purchase and I questioned it a thousand times before I got to the till, but I worked hard for it and it’s technically a bag for life.
To complement the brown hues I wore my denim Topshop jeans with my tassel Pubic Desire boots. I bought these suede boots ages ago and I’ve worn them more times than I can count, and it wasn’t until I looked at these pictures that I realised I’ve left the labels on the bottom – face palm!
Giving my favourite leather jacket a break, I wore my chocolate waterfall jacket from New Look, which I bagged in the sales last year. Although you can’t see it I’m wearing a cosy knit that I picked up from Gap at Dalton Park; you just can’t go wrong with a simple, plain jumper can you?
To finish off the look, not to mention keep me warm in this freezing weather, is my tartan Barbour scarf, which I got for Christmas. I don’t know whether it’s the bag, but I absolutely love brown at the moment and I’m normally such a black kinda girl. Who am I kidding, it’s definitely the bag!
What do you think of my look? Would you style it differently? Is there a designer bag you’re lusting after?
